Andreea has more than 20 years of experience in administrative and tax practice, coordinating a large number of administrative litigations against national authorities and particularly tax litigation against the tax authority. She is also a part of the AmCham working group that actively participate in the discussions initiated by the Ministry of Public Finances regarding the New Tax Procedure Code.

Andreea is mentioned as a notable practitioner in international directories – being ranked as one of the Tax Controversy Leaders in Romania -“Highly regarded Women in Tax” and “Highly regarded in Tax Controversy” in ITR World Tax for 2021. Dragoș has a career spanning over 25 years in taxation, during which he has held positions in both the private and public sectors. His expertise encompasses all areas of taxation, with a particular focus on international taxation, direct taxes, and tax litigation. As a Tax Partner at KPMG Romania for more than 10 years, Dragos specialized in M&A and International Taxation.

In the public sector, Dragoș led the Fiscal Legislation Department and the Tax Treaties Negotiation Committee within the Ministry of Finance from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, he served as the Head of the Romanian Tax Administration in 2016.

Dragoș was also a member of the Board of Directors of The Romanian Fiscal Consultants Chamber, holding this position for the past 10 years.

Adelina Ursateanu is a Bachelor of Law from the University of Bucharest and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2018.
